Midi, the swank Downtown arrival near the Galleria Park Hotel, hopes to lure in everyone from power-suits to power-shoppers with its convivial atmosphere and a midpriced French-American brasserie menu crafted by rising chef Michelle Mah (ex Ponzu and Grand Cafe); guests can sup downstairs in the street-level lounge or upstairs in the modern dining room dominated by a giant Gauguin-esque mural.
