Interwest Capital Acquires Quail Hollow Resort

Interwest Capital has recently acquired the Quail Hollow Resort located in Painesville, Ohio, 30 miles east of Cleveland. The property is a full-service hotel consisting of 176 guest rooms, full-service restaurant and lounge, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, tennis courts and 15,000 square feet of meeting space. The resort underwent more than 13MM in renovations, which was completed in 2001. GF Management, a Philadelphia based hospitality management group, has been retained as the operator.
