On Broadway Building Sold for $20.8 million

The On Broadway building in downtown San Diego, home to the Yard House restaurant, has been sold for $20.8 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield's Urban Property Group.
The building, at 1014 Fourth Ave., also houses RA Sushi and T-Mobile, and has 33 loft-style apartments and a 275-space parking structure. The building was remodeled in 2003 by the CIM Group. The buyer is On Broadway SD Partners LP, a unit of Interwest Capital of La Jolla.
